WE GREATLY VALUE AND APPRECIATE OUR WONDERFUL GUESTS AND WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A GREAT STAY! THEREFORE: IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A ROWDY PARTY HOUSE TO GET DRUNK, BLAST MUSIC & STAY UP ALL NIGHT PASS US BY WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THAT HERE! IF YOU ARE UNDER AGE 25 CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING. QUIET HOURS ARE 10PM TO 10AM. NO MUSIC, LOUD TV, SHOUTING, ETC. FROM 10 PM TO 9 AM. NO SMOKING IN ANY BUILDING. I LIVE ON SITE TO OVERSEE PROPERTIES. SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFO.
We very much value and appreciate our guests! They are great people who come here to relax, enjoy family & friends, the lake & country environment. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 10 am. Please be respectful to other guests & be quiet in & around the houses from 10 pm to 8 am - no music, slamming doors, loud TV, shouting, etc. so other guests are not disturbed.
You may book in 2 ways. if you prefer to book thru Airbnb, click on the house you are interested in on the home page of this site to be taken to the Airbnb website. You may also book directly with Gary and save the extra fees at (903) 271-7282 . Best wishes and happy vacationing! To make your stay as fun and trouble free as possible we provide; propane for your private grill, firewood for your private fire-pit, fishing rods to use in our fishing pond, soap, shampoo, complete kitchens with coffee, salt/pepper, ketchup/mustard and more! Dogs allowed, no cats.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 9 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 5 and 8 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. No refund if less than 5 days notice. Cleaning fees are always refunded.
