Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful to other guests and be quiet in and around the houses from 10 pm to 8 am so other guests are not disturbed. No music, slamming doors, loud TV, shouting, etc. Sitting around the firepit late at night and talking is fine. We want everyone to enjoy their stay here to the utmost!

If you are looking for a rowdy party house pass us by we do not want that type of atmosphere here. People come here to relax, enjoy family and friends, the lake and country environment.

If you are playing music during the day please keep it at a reasonable level.

Any events will need to be approved before booking with number of guests known. We have hosted many family reunions, weddings and birthday parties. No loud rowdy parties with excessive noise. If you have more than maximum number of guests per house multiple houses will need to be rented.

No Smoking indoors.

Dogs allowed, no cats.

Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, bowls, silverware, cooking pots, pans, everything you need.

Propane grill is ready to go and filled with propane. We provide propane for no extra charge.

Wood and paper for the fire-pit are next to it, lighter is on shelf by door. We provide wood for no extra charge.

We have good well water which is run through a fine filter and is good for drinking.

No fresh fish placed in refrigerator in house, we have a separate refrigerator/freezer, please ask and we will show you.

No cleaning of fish on property. No cooking of fish in house, please use propane grill.

No hunting or firearms use on the property.

The house uses a septic system, please put only toilet paper and nothing else down toilet.

Hot water heater is on demand/tankless so no waiting between showers.

Towels and wash clothes are on the shelves in the bathroom.

The Game-Room is a shared space with 4 houses on the property.

Please leave door unlocked and key on table when checking out.

Please leave all bedding on beds, and towels in hamper, I will take care of everything.
